• Rescheduling Policy:

Customers who wish to reschedule their trip must notify the company no less than three months prior to the scheduled start date of the trip.

• Cancellation Policy:

For any cancellation, the company must be informed at least 45 days before the trip’s start date. In such cases, the company will deduct applicable GST along with a service charge, which may range from 10% to 15% of the total package cost.

• Right to Cancel:

The company reserves the right to cancel any packages if it determines that the customer has acted in a manner that negatively impacts the company’s operations or reputation.

• Booking Policy:

The total amount for the package must be paid in full at the time of booking. The company will assess the booking details and may adjust the amount, if

deemed necessary, based on availability or other factors during the time of booking.

• We Are Not Responsible For Changes In The Govt. Policy.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any act of nature, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.
